| Maintenance -
Manager, Quality Control -
Job Duties:
* Ensure regulatory compliance within the
maintenance function and from contracted maintenance
providers. Ensure quality service is provided to all
customers at all times.
* Provide technical support to
Maintenance, Planning and Records departments to ensure
regulatory compliance within federal and Company guidelines.
* Schedule, supervise and participate in
inspections and audits of all phases of internal and
contract maintenance functions to ensure regulatory
compliance and quality of product provided to customers.
* Supervise activities of departmental
staff to ensure accordance to policies and procedures at all
times.
* Draft, review and revise technical
procedures utilized within the day-to-day activities of
Maintenance department. Maintain accurate and current data.
* Investigate and prepare reports of
routine and non-routine events as per regulatory
requirements.
* Conduct training and testing of
maintenance personnel according to regulatory requirements
before specific authorizations are approved.
* Investigate, evaluate and respond to
audit findings.
Requirements:
* Aircraft and Powerplant license
required.
* 5 years professional experience in
aircraft maintenance with knowledge of specific aircraft;
737-800.
* PC literate with basic knowledge of
office applications and industry software.
* Good written and verbal communication
skills.
* Strong organizational abilities; able to
effectively prioritize.
* Knowledge of FAA regulations and
guidelines.
Manager of Stores -
Job Duties:
* Purchase decision for new and overhaul
parts and components.
* Negotiate with vendors for efficient and
accurate service.
* Ensure timely and cost effective repair
and airworthiness of all parts in compliance with FAA
regulations.
* Administer warranty program for
components.
* Monitor part documentation to ensure
accuracy and compliance with FAA regulations
* Directly supervise stockroom and
associated personnel.
* Recommend and implement programs to
maximize safety and operating efficiency of all gear.
* Perform special projects and related
duties as required.
* Determine which parts can be submitted
for repair and which need to be replaced.
* Occasional contacts with FAA agencies to
exchange information and solve problems.
* Frequent internal contacts with all
levels of personnel to provide information and coordinate
projects, and solves problems.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of FAA regulations and
requirements.
* Knowledge and/or certification of
Hazardous Materials handling.
* PC literate with intermediate
proficiency in office applications.
* Three to five year’s professional
experience in similar position.
* Able to establish and maintain effective
working relationships.
* Strong Decision-making abilities. |
