Finance

Sr. Accountant

  • Prepare, examine or analyze accounting records, financial statements or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
  • Balance monthly reports on assigned accounts for the general ledger expenditures, revenues, receivables and payables and assign entries to proper accounts.
  • Responsible for managing accounting staff.
  • Assist in processing monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings.
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related discipline.
  • Seven or more years professional experience, including management responsibilities.
  • PC literate with intermediate proficiency in office applications and accounting software.

Temp Data Entry

  • Performs high volume data entry involving entering, verifying, researching, correcting or retrieving information from source documents and/or computer system with a high level of accuracy.
  • Use computer system and/or spreadsheet applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to follow procedures, oral and written instructions and to interpret.
  • Must be pc literate with intermediate proficiency in office application software.
  • Familiarity with aviation and Trax computer software a plus.

MIS/IT

PC Support Specialist

  • Administer the day-to-day functionality of all the desktop PCs used by company employees accessing network resources across the enterprise.
  • PC support and primary contact for end users including operating systems, desktop productivity applications and internal line-of-business applications.
  • Install, maintain, coordinate repair of desktop PCs and maintain hardware inventory.
  • Assist Sr. Network Engineer in the implementation, upgrade and management of network system.
  • Phone system - create/maintain voice mailboxes.
  • Copier system - maintain and coordinate repair.
  • Support desktop software and configuration including and not limited to: Microsoft Office, Great Plains, Flight Deck, Trax.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related discipline.
  • Frequent long or extra hours required to perform maintenance functions and meet project deadlines.
  • Scheduled rotation on-call duty between departmental staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to all personnel in the event of system malfuntions.
